  2. Dry roast the chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts and raisins for 2-3 mins and set aside.
  3. Dry roast the rolled oats for 3-4 mins and set aside. Mix in a bowl all dry fruits, seeds and rolled oats together and cool to room temperature.
  4. Cut the dates and extract the seeds. Add to a blender and blend smooth. Set aside
  5. Add the blended Dates to the seeds bowl and with clean hands mix well. Add some dried cranberries and blueberries and mix further
  6. Add honey and mix well
  7. In a baking tray line with parchment paper and add the mix to it, pressing down with the back of the spatula. Add some more dried cranberries and blue berries and press down with back of the spoon
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Lay it on kitchen top, extracting the parchment paper and cut into desired size. Enjoy.
